Who is Dario?

Ruben “Dario” Ramirez is a Dominican-American digital illustrator based out of New York City. He was born and raised in the thriving community of Washington Heights, and his work reflects the place he calls home.

His work ranges from whimsical illustrations to digital paintings, all displaying the inner city experience from a Latin American perspective. He’s illustrated for authors like Isabela Allende and Robin Page, and has worked with Democracy Now, The Bronx Council on the Arts, the Manhattan Times, and the Bronx Press.

He is the Founder of KnuckleHeadz and KnuckleHeadz Studios, an NFT collection/Digital Content studio.
He also helped start the La Bodega Twitter Space/Community, a growing network of Latin Web3 enthusiasts, and hosts spaces weekly.

When he isn’t working, he loves to spend time with his wife and two boys, and eating a really good burger.
